1. Data controller

The Coimbra Card Show, organized by [legal name of the entity], tax number [number], with registered office at [address], is the controller of the personal data collected through this website. For any data protection question you may contact geral@coimbracardshow.pt.

2. Data we collect

Attendees: name, email, age, country and interests in TCG and Sports Cards, for each ticket holder.

Exhibitors: store name, email, country, products to sell and, when applicable, proof of activity or open company and accounts report for the last fiscal year.

Sponsors and other opportunities: name, email and the data you choose to share in the contact form.

Payments: payment data is collected and processed directly by Stripe. We do not store full card data in our systems.

3. Purposes and legal bases

We process data to manage ticket purchases and exhibitor participation (performance of a contract), to respond to contacts and proposals (pre contract steps and legitimate interest), to comply with legal and tax obligations (legal obligation), to send marketing and newsletter communications about our own similar events to people who bought from us at a previous edition (legitimate interest, with an opt-out in every message) and, with your consent, for marketing and newsletter communications where no prior relationship exists.

4. Minors

If a ticket concerns a minor, the respective data must be provided by a holder of parental responsibility, who declares having authority to do so.

5. Data sharing

We share data with providers that support us in operating the event, including Stripe (payments) and [hosting, email, analytics]. These providers process data on behalf of the controller and according to written instructions.

6. Retention

We keep data for as long as needed for the stated purposes and the applicable legal periods, in particular tax related ones. After that period, data is deleted or anonymized.

7. Your rights

You may exercise the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and withdraw consent at any time, through geral@coimbracardshow.pt. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Portuguese data protection authority (CNPD).

8. Security

We adopt appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect data against unauthorized access, loss or alteration.

9. Changes

This policy may be updated. The version in force is always available on this website, indicating the date of the last update.
